To us, Leon was a kind and gentle soul, but at the same time was feisty and full of fun! He was always ready with a smile, a funny story, a hearty laugh, a wonderful “jitterbug” with Carol in perfect unison! Leon and Carol were a beautiful pair, who created a bonded loving family. He will always be remembered with love and respect. We feel blessed to have known him.

Leon was an exceptionally loving, caring, thoughtful, trusted, wonderful cousin who I dearly loved. His smile (and, of course his gorgeous hair), hugs and always being there for me and my family was unequalled. Leon’s relationship with his late cousin, Dickie, was very special throughout their lives. We share so many beautiful memories of holidays, trips and so much more. He will be missed by so many—especially Iris and Jennifer Cohn. Carol and Leon were a beautiful love story to the end. My heart and love goes out to Carol, Robin, Eric, Hilary, Dmitry, Stevie and each of his treasured grandchildren. Leon was the consummate family man. He gave so much of himself and meant so much to so many. We will always remember and celebrate his life.
